The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Right in the centre of the old town, it is close to all the attractions and surrounded by restaurants. You can even enjoy the view of a Mexican restaurant right next to it. The room is comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and comfy beds. a great place to stay in the heart of the action.
The poor communication upon arrival and the issue with the double bed request could be improved.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, which have a cozy, Old Town atmosphere and even offer a view. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities, including WiFi, ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location just outside of the city gate, next to a Mexican restaurant, makes it perfectly situated for exploring the center of this incredible walled city.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

We loved the location, perfectly just outside of the city gate. The hotel is right in the center of town, close to the main street. Cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
